DHA HCV Waitlist Opening Soon
The DuPage Housing Authority Housing Choice waitlist will be opening May 14, 2024 at 8:30 am CST and closing on May 17, 2024 at 8:30am CST. 3,000 applicants will be selected through a random lottery; selection will not be based on time of application. All applications must be submitted through the Applicant Cafe portal at www.dupagehousing.org. Internet access available at public libraries. OPEN DATE: MAY 14, 2024, 8:30AM CST CLOSE DATE: MAY 17, 2024, 8:30AM CST
- Selection Process: Randomized Lottery, upon waitlist closing and not first come first placed.
- 3,000 applicants will be selected for the DHA HCV waitlist.
- Reasonable Accommodation Request: hcv@dupagehousing.org
- Application Submission: Only online submissions accepted.
- Applications reviewed based on completion date and time.
User Account Creation:
- Existing RENTCafe users need not create new accounts.
- New users must create accounts before the wait list opens.
Account Creation Steps:
- Visit www.dupagehousing.org.
- Click 'APPLICANT CAFÉ' for RENTCafe Login.
- Select 'Click here to register.'
- Enter email and create a password (min. 10 characters, including upper case, lower case, number, symbol).
- Confirm account creation via email.
